These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Al Sanabel Meat Trading website and any order requests submitted through it. By submitting an order request, you agree to these terms.

2. How Orders Work

Submitting the order form on our website is a request, not a confirmed sale. Our team will call you at the phone number you provide to confirm product availability, final price, and delivery details before your order is prepared and dispatched.

3. Pricing & Promo Codes

All prices shown are in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and are confirmed at the time of your phone call. Promotional codes, where advertised, are subject to validation by our team and may be limited to specific products, quantities, or time periods.

4. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery only. We do not process card payments, bank transfers, or any online payment through our website, and we will never ask you for card numbers or bank security codes.

5. Delivery

We deliver across Qatar, typically on the same day, during our working hours of 8 AM – 10 PM. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or order volume. Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

6. Product Quality & Halal Status

All meat sold by Al Sanabel Meat Trading is imported from Australia, kept fresh chilled (not long-frozen), and Halal certified from source to delivery.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel or amend your order by phone at any time before it is dispatched for delivery, free of charge. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of fresh meat products.

8. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are fresh, perishable food items, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered and accepted. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you have a genuine quality concern, please contact us at +974 0000 0000 as soon as possible so we can make it right.
